摘要
从常规热处理及性能、形变热处理、表面热处理、析出相与合金优化以及其他方面的研究等5个方面,对40CrNiMo国内外的研究现状进行了详细回顾。重点评述了新技术(表面化学热处理、表面激光淬火、镀铬层喷丸处理、合金优化及析出相)在40CrNiMo钢生产上的研究与应用,热处理(亚温淬火、深冷处理)在对其性能挖掘方面的研究;另外,简要综述了车削参数对40CrNiMo钢疲劳强度、表面粗糙度的影响,应力腐蚀条件下其断裂特性;指出了当前40CrNiMo钢的研究中存在的不足和今后潜在的发展方向。
The research status of 40CrNiMo at home and abroad was reviewed in detail from five aspects of conventional heat treatment andproperties,deformation heat treatment,surface heat treatment,precipitation and alloying optimization,and other aspects. The research and application of new technology(surface chemical heat treatment,surface laser quenching,chrome plating shot peening,alloy optimization and precipitation phase)on the production of 40CrNiMo steel and the research of heat treatment(subcritical quenching,cryogenic treatment)on its performance mining were mainly reviewed. In addition,the influence of turning parameters on fatigue strength and surface roughness of 40CrNiMo steel and its fracture characteristics under stress corrosion condition were briefly summarized. The short comings of current research of 40CrNiMo steel and its potential future directions were pointed out.
