摘要
为了克服常规端淬试验中25Cr Mo钢试样在空气中发生淬火现象,提出了一种改进的加套管的末端淬火试验方法。通过显微组织观察、定量金相和硬度测量,分析了25Cr Mo钢的显微组织与淬透性。结果表明,改进的端淬试验能够使热量沿轴向传递,避免了产生边角效应。端淬后的试样由水冷端向空冷端的显微组织依次为马氏体、马氏体+贝氏体、贝氏体。25Cr Mo钢淬硬层深度可达20 mm,具有良好的淬透性。
In order to overcome air-quenching of 25 Cr Mo steel specimen in the conventional end quench test,an improved end quench test with steel casing was put forward. The microstructure and the hardenability of 25 Cr Mo steel were investigated by microstructure observation,quantitative metallographic analysis and hardness measurement. The results show that the heat can be transferred along axial direction and edge effects can be avoided by using the improved end quench test. After end quenching,the microstructure of the sample is martensite,martensite and bainite,and bainite from the water quenched end to the air-cooled end. The depth of hardened layer can reach20 mm,which indicates that the 25 Cr Mo steel has excellent hardenability.
