摘要
随着我国所经济的不断发展,有效带动了我国建筑工程项目的快速发展。获取最多的经济利润,是建筑企业工程的最终目的,而建筑工程预结算对其具有决定性的作用。只有对工程预结算进行充分利用,才能获得更多的经济利润,不断提高市场竞争实力。不过,目前我国建筑施工也所制订的工程预结算管理体系存在较多问题,包括尚未构建完善的信息管理系统,灵活性不够高,严重影响了工程预结算的控制和管理,严重影响了建筑工程的进一步发展,所以建筑企业应采取有效措施,对建筑工程预结算管理制度不断进行完善,确保建筑工程的顺利进行,使建筑企业能获取更多的经济利润。
