摘要
指出充分发挥预结算工作在企业生产经营管理中的职能作用,建立健全预结算管理机构的必要性,并对如何做好工程预结算管理工作进行了阐述,从而对促进企业生产经营管理、降低工程成本、提高企业的经济效益具有重要的意义。
This paper points out the functions of fully implementing budge and balance in the management of enterprise s production and operation and the necessity to build and perfect budge and balance management institution,and illustrates the way to do well engineering budge and balance management work,in order to promote the management of enterprise s production and operation,to reduce construction cost and to improve economic benefits of enterprise.
