摘要
目的探讨静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)执行合理用药审核工作模式的应用效果。方法通过建立标准化PIVAS实时用药医嘱审核程序,加大对药师专业能力培训,强化药师与医师之间双向互动渠道等措施,确保合理安全用药。并统计分析2016年6月~2017年6月期间某院PIVAS严格执行合理用药审核制度的效果。结果实施审核制度后,该院静脉用药处方审核率显著提高,不合理医嘱比例、不良合理用药事件发生率均呈逐月下降趋势。结论通过审核干预能明显提升医嘱质量,降低不合理用药事件的发生率,规避用药风险,确保患者用药合理安全。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effect of PIVAS by implementing rational drug use audit. METHODS Multiple strategies to promoting rational drug use were implemented,including standardize PIVAS,increase the professional ability of pharmacists training,improve the connection between pharmacists and physicians,and ensure rational and safe medication. Irrational orders from June 2016 to June 2017 after the intervention were checked. RESULTS After implementing the strategies,the rationality of orders were significantly increased.In addition,the proportion of unreasonable prescriptions and the incidence of adverse drug events were significantly decreased. CONCLUSION By auditing doctor＇s advices can significantly promote rational drug use.
