摘要
本文基于本期刊出的5篇文章作出述评,此5篇文章分别从心肌损伤标志物,肝功能损伤标志物,平均血小板体积,血清铁蛋白和超声心动图等方面分别对老年脓毒症、急性胰腺炎、深静脉血栓、感染性发热和感染性心内膜炎等急诊常见病的诊断和治疗提供临床经验。急诊科各种疾病的诊断和治疗是一个重要组成部分,利用各种生物标志物早期识别判断疾病的原因、性质、危险分层对及时分流分级救治是很重要的。因此我们要重视对急诊科各种疾病早期诊断及治疗的总结研究。
This article is based on 5 articles in this journal. The 5 articles are from the markers of myocardial injury, liver function damage markers, average platelet volume, serum ferritin and echocar- diography, respectively, for senile sepsis, acute pancreatitis, deep venous thrombosis, infectious fever and infective endocarditis, respectively. The diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in emergency department are of importance and can provide diagnosis and treatment experience. Using various biomarkers to early recognize the causes and the risk stratification of shunt grading treatment of disease in time is very important in emergency department diagnosis and treatment. We should pay attention to the summary study of early diagnosis and treatment of various diseases in the emergency department.
