摘要
下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓的防治是骨科医师普遍面临的问题,特别是老年髋关节置换术后,其发生率和致死率极高。主要防治方法包括早期活动、物理干预、西医治疗、中医治疗、手术介入治疗。加之深静脉血栓的形成是一个极为复杂的过程,单一的治疗措施往往达不到理想的效果,所以采取多种防治措施综合运用是防治下肢骨折术后深静脉栓塞的有效手段。
The prevention and treatment for deep vein thrombosis after lower limb fracture surgery has become a general problem faced by orthopedic surgeons. Its incidence and mortality rates are very high, particularly after elderly hip replacement surgery. The main control methods include early activity, physical intervention, western medicine treatment, traditional Chinese medicine treatment and operation intervention. In addition, formation of deep vein thrombosis is a very complex process, single treatment usually can not achieve the ideal effect, therefore, comprehensive application of various treatment methods is an effective means of prevention and treatment for deep vein thrombosis after lower limb fracture surgery.
