生物可降解支架在冠心病治疗中的应用进展 被引量:10

摘要 冠心病主要由于冠状动脉发生粥样硬化,阻塞冠状动脉血管,引发心肌缺血、缺氧及心肌细胞坏死。介入治疗因安全、有效、及时的特点成为冠心病治疗的主要方式。在介入治疗中介入器械的选择尤为重要,经历单纯球囊扩张、金属裸支架和药物洗脱支架(DES),现逐步过渡到生物可降解支架。与非降解支架相比,生物可降解支架在机体内存在时间短,避免炎症反应;伸缩性好,有助于血管的扩张和重塑.
