摘要
以QuEChERS方法处理样品,结合四极杆飞行时间串联质谱法(Q-TOF-MS)进行样品检测分析,建立蛋及蛋制品中硝基呋喃类代谢物残留的快速筛查技术,研究该方法下蛋及蛋制品(鲜蛋、皮蛋、咸蛋、蛋肠、蛋粉、蛋酱、卤蛋)样品对硝基呋喃代谢物残留的基质效应。样品采取5%甲酸乙腈提取,4g NaCl、50mg PSA、100mg C_(18)净化,Q-TOF质谱正离子模式扫描测定。结果 4种硝基呋喃类代谢物在5~800μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,方法平均回收率在78.6%~120.8%之间,相对标准偏差在1.0%~10.1%之间。7种蛋及蛋制品对硝基呋喃类代谢物残留均存在不同程度的基质效应,且多数呈基质抑制效应。该方法快速、简便、准确,适用于蛋及蛋制品中硝基呋喃类代谢物的快速筛查。
The samples were treated by QuEChERS method,quadrupole time-of-flight series mass spectrometry( Q-TOF-MS) was combined,and the detection and analysis of sample were conducted,and rapid screening technology of nitrofurans metabolites residues in eggs and egg products was established,and matrix effect of eggs and egg products( fresh egg,preserved egg,salted egg,egg-sausage,egg powder,egg sauce,halogen egg) samples on nitrofuran metabolites residues under this method was studied. 5% formic acid and acetonitrile was adopted to extract the sample,it was purified with 4 g NaCl,50 mg PSA and 100 mg C18,and it was scanned and determined with Q-TOF mass spectroscopy of positive ion mode. The results showed that four kinds of nitrofurans metabolites had a good linear relationship in a concentration range of 5 - 800 μg/L,the average recovery of method was between78. 6% - 120. 8%,and the relative standard deviation was between 1. 0% - 10. 1%. The matrix effect of nitrofuran metabolites residues all existed in seven kinds of eggs and egg products at different degree,and most of them showed matrix inhibit effect. This method was rapid,simple and accurate,and it was suitable for rapid screening of nitrofuran metabolites in eggs and egg products.
