摘要
为探讨济川煎加减口服治疗老年阳虚型便秘的临床疗效,将80例年龄≥60岁的阳虚型便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组予济川煎加减口服,对照组予麻仁胶囊口服,对比2组治疗前后排便困难、排便间隔时间、粪便性状改善情况以及总体疗效。结果显示,2组治疗后排便困难、排便间隔时间及粪便性状评分均较治疗前明显降低,P<0.05;但治疗组治疗后各方面评分更低,与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗组总有效率(97.5%,39/40)明显高于对照组(80.0%,32/40),P<0.05。结果表明,济川煎加减口服治疗老年阳虚型便秘的疗效确切,优于麻仁胶囊口服治疗,值得临床推广应用。
This study was to explore the clinical effect of TCM Decoction） in the treatment of senior yang deficiency （aged ≥60 years old） with this constipation into treatment the former administered Jichuan Jian orally, the latter adm then compared the status on improvement of defecation dif oral administration of type constipation group and contro , rand modified Jichuan omly divided 80 p 1 one, 40 cases for each Jian（a atients ,which inistered Maren capsule（also named Maziren） ficulty,defecation interval time and faeces charaeters etc indexes before and after treatment,as well as whole effect between the two groups. As results, the total effective rate of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter（97.5%, 39/40 vs 80.0%,32/40, P 〈0.05）;after treatment the score on above indexes in both groups were all decline than before treatment（ P 〈0.05）, but the former was lower than the latter, there was statistical different be- tween the two groups after treatment（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that oral administration of Jichuan Jian modified for senior constipation of yang deficiency type has certain effect,is superior to Maren capsule.
