摘要
高能量侧面激光器可用于激光美容、激光打标、远程探测等领域。通过侧面泵浦激光技术和电光调Q技术,获得高重频窄脉宽1 064nm波段激光,利用衍射光学器件,实现较均匀的激光输出。在电源输入电压700V,调Q驱动频率10Hz的条件下,获得426mJ的1 064nm激光输出。实验结果表明:通过侧面技术和衍射光学器件匀化技术,可实现高能量较均匀光斑激光输出。
High-energy side-pumped laser can be applied in the field of laser cosmetic surgery,laser making and long distance detection.By utilizing side-pumped technology and electro-optic Q-switching technology,high-repetition-rate and narrow-pulse-width laser centered at 1 064 nm wavelength could be obtained.The intensity distribution of the laser output could be uniformed by making use of diffractive optical elements.Under the condition of 700 Vinput voltage and 10 Hz driving Q-switching frequency,426 mJ,1 064 nm laser pulses were obtained.The experiment results show that the combination of side-pumped technology and diffractive element uniformation technology could lead to the achievement of high-energy and uniform intensity distribution laser output.
