摘要
激光打标BIV(build-in vision)系统称为同轴内部观测系统,其特点是在激光器运行的同时进行在线同轴观测,主要应用于激光系统的光路中进行观测、调整,抓取目标实施激光打标、刻划等过程。要开展BIV系统方面的研究工作,照明光源是其中重要的组成部分,并是决定着BIV系统好坏的重要因素,其主要目标是以合适的方式将光线投射到被测物体上,突出被测特征部分的对比度。
Laser marking BIV is short for build-in vision which is feathered by inspecting the image when the laser is running.The main application is to observe and align in the beam path of laser system.It also can grab the objects for marking or dividing some processes.If we want to research BIV project,the light source is the key technology part.And also is factor that judging the BIV system.Its main target is to provide proper lighting for objects under inspection and increase contrast of image.
