摘要
本文是由国内有关专家在检索和研究国内外糖皮质激素治疗免疫相关性疾病相关文献（主要是随机对照临床试验、专家共识或专家建议）的基础上经反复讨论提出的糖皮质激素治疗常见自身免疫和免疫相关性皮肤病的共识意见,这些免疫相关性皮肤病包括红斑狼疮、皮肌炎、系统性硬化症、自身免疫性大疱病、重症药疹、抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体相关血管炎等,本次讨论形成的2018年共识可作为国内各级皮肤科临床医师参考应用的指导性意见。
Based on the domestic and foreign literature（ mainly randomized controlled clinical trials and specialist consensus or expert advice on the treatment of glucocorticoid）,a consensus on the autoimmune and immune-related dermatosis with glucocorticoid was proposed in 2018 by a team of experts after several rounds of discussion and revision,and these diseases include lupus erythematosus,dermatomyositis,systemic scleroderma,autoimmune blistering disease, severe drug eruption, anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodyrelated vasculitis,etc. We hope this expert consensus is used as a guide in the clinical practice of glucocorticoid for dermatologists.
