摘要
目的分析品管圈活动在ICU多重耐药菌患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2015年1月至2016年3月我院ICU纳入的53例患者作为对照组,选择2016年4月至2017年8月我院ICU纳入的患者53例作为研究组。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在此基础上采用品管圈活动。对比两组患者的护理管理效果。结果研究组多重耐药菌感染率低于对照组,病原学标本合格率及护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对ICU多重耐药菌患者采取品管圈活动方式,可有效降低患者的感染率,对提高护理人员综合素质、改善护患关系有积极意义,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle activities in nursing management on reducing infection rate of ICU muhidrug resistant bacteria. Methods A total of 53 patients in the ICU of our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the control group, and 53 patients from April 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the study group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the study group was treated with quality control circle activities on the basis of the control group. The effects of nursing management between the two groups were compared. Results The infection rate of muhidrug resistant baeteriare in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the specimen pass rate and satisfaction rate of nursing were higher than those in the control groupt （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality control circle activities in patients with muhidrug resistant bacteria can effectively reduce the infection rate of patients. It is positive significance to improve the overall quality of nursing and improve the relationship between nurses and patients, which is worthy of popularization and application.
