摘要
目的 探讨品管圈活动在提高住院患者痰标本留取率中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年2-6月我院成立品管圈活动前住院患者的288份痰培养标本采集情况进行研究分析。观察品管圈活动主题选定,影响住院患者痰培养标本采集质量的原因分析,品管圈活动前后住院患者痰培养标本采集合格率。结果 经过品管圈活动,患者痰标本采集质量评分最高为18.7分,主题选定为提高患者痰标本采集质量;共收集痰培养标本288例,其中不合格标本162例,占56.25%;活动前痰培养标本送检的合格率为42.70%（123/288）,小于活动后的97.01%（293/302）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 通过品管圈活动,对住院患者进行痰培养标本采集分析,能够提高痰液留取率,痰标本采集的质量及送检质量,有利于标本的及时检测,应用效果佳,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of the circle of products in improving the retention rate of spu- tum specimens of hospitalized patients.Methods From February 2015 to June 2015,288 cases of patients with sputum samples were collected for the study and analysed of sputum samples in our hospital.Observation quality control circle of subjects was selected,affecting the quality of sputum samples was collected from hospitalized patients with the cause analysis,quality control circle activities before and after the sputum samples collected in hospital.Results After quality control circle,the highest score of quality of sputum samples collected in patients was 18.7 scores,the quality of improve patients with sputum specimen collection was selected as the subjects;a total of 288 cases of sputum culture were collected,unqualified specimens of 162 cases,accounted for 56.25%;before the qualified rate of sputum culture specimen was 42.70%（123/288）,less than after the event of 97.01%（293/302）,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Through the quality control circle activities,sputum culture specimen collection analysis,can improve the rate of sputum, the quality of sputum specimen collection and quality inspection,the application effect is good in hospitalized patients.h is worthy promoting.
