摘要
通过对学术虚拟社区知识交流的研究进行梳理,发现现有研究主要集中在"学术虚拟社区知识交流的影响因素研究"、"学术虚拟社区知识交流的评价研究"和"学术虚拟社区知识交流的提升策略研究"3个方面。研究发现现有研究存在"学术虚拟社区成员类型对学术虚拟社区知识交流的影响研究较少","一阶段数据包络分析方法评价学术虚拟社区知识交流,未考虑环境变量和误差的影响"等问题。"进一步探索成员类型对学术虚拟社区知识交流可能产生的影响",以及"采集纵向数据研究在学术虚拟社区的不同发展阶段应该采用怎样提升其知识交流效果的策略"等是未来可关注的领域。
The study on knowledge exchange in academic virtual community was combed,in order to lay a solid foundation for the academic community to accurately grasp the research dynamics. Thus,it summarized the domestic and foreign researches on knowledge exchange in academic virtual communities from three aspects： the study on influencing factors,the work on the evaluation,and the research on promotion strategies knowledge exchange in academic virtual communities,and the promotion strategies of knowledge exchange in academic virtual communities. However,based on the present work,it was found that there were still some problems that needed to be solved in current research,such as the lack of studies on the influence of membership types of academic virtual communities on knowledge exchange in academic virtual communities,not taking the influence on environmental variables and errors while evaluating knowledge exchange in academic virtual communities through one-stage data envelopment analysis. Further probes of the possible impact of membership types on knowledge exchange in academic virtual communities,the influence on other community characteristics,like research groups,on knowledge exchange in academic virtual communities, and the promotion strategy of the effect of knowledge exchange in different development stages of academic virtual communities were the areas of concern for the future study.
