摘要
目的:探讨植皮联合负压封闭引流(Vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)技术修复深度烧伤创面的应用效果。方法:选取2015年10月-2017年10月收治的70例深度烧伤患者进行研究,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组35例。观察组采用创面植皮联合VSD技术进行治疗,对照组进行创面植皮后使用普通敷料加压包扎封闭创面,对两组患者的平均换药次数、平均住院时间、术后两周创面愈合率、创面愈合时间、并发症发生率进行统计分析,评价两种方式效果差别。结果:观察组患者平均换药次数、平均住院时间、术后两周创面愈合率及创面愈合时间均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为5.7%低于对照组的22.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:深度烧伤创面采用植皮联合VSD技术修复,术后相关指标改善明显,并发症风险明显降低,操作简便安全且效果更佳,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） in deep burn wounds and the analysis of its complications. Methods 70 cases of deep burn patients treated form October 2015 to October 2017 were studied and divided into the observation group and the control group, 35 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with skin grafting and VSD technique, and the control group was treated with ordinary dressings to seal the wound after skin grafting. The average number of dressing change, average hospitalization time, wound healing rate at two weeks after operation, wound healing time and incidence of complications were statistically analyzed in two groups. The difference between the two ways was evaluated. Results The average number of dressing change, average hospitalization time, wound healing rate at two weeks after operation, wound healing time in the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically signifcant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.7%, which was lower than that in the control group（17.1%）, the difference was statistically signifcant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The skin grafting combined with VSD technique was used to repair deep burn wounds, the related indexes were improved obviously, the risk of complications was obviously reduced, the operation was simple and safe and the effect was better. It is worthy of clinical application..
