摘要
负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)技术由来已久,这是一种处理浅表创面和用于深部引流的全新治疗方法,对糖尿病性溃疡、重度压疮、烧伤后感染创面、骨科创伤感染等慢性难愈性创面具有良好的治疗效果.其作用机制多,应用范围广泛,在临床上具有广阔的前景,但仍存在不足和需要注意的地方,使用时需严格掌握其适应证和使用方法.
Vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)technology has a long story,which is a new treatment method for treating superficial wounds and deep drainage.It has a good therapeutic effect on diabetic ulcers,severe pressure sores,post-burn infected wounds,orthopedic trauma infection and other chronic refractory wounds.It has a great majority of action mechanisms,and also has a wide range of application scope.It has a broad prospect in the clinical,but still has the insufficiency and needs to pay attention to the place,we must grasp its indication and the use method strictly when using.
