转子系统模态及不平衡响应特性数值分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究轴承支承刚度、温度对转子系统临界转速的影响,以及研究转子系统不平衡响应特性,采用集总参数法模化三圆盘等直径转子系统,通过Riccati传递矩阵法对转子系统模态及不平衡响应特性进行数值计算分析。结果表明:转子系统在各向同性支承条件下的临界转速与各向异性支承条件下的临界转速数值相近;当轴承支承刚度相对于转子系统处于弹性支承范围内时,转子系统的临界转速数值随支承刚度的增大增幅明显;环境温度的升高影响转子材料的物理性质,导致转子的临界转速数值有所降低,且以高阶临界转速受温度影响降幅最大;加载不平衡激励,在一定速度范围内扫频可得到转子系统的临界转速及相应振型;转子对不同位置处的激励,响应振型明显不同。 In order to study the influence of the bearing stiffness and temperature on the critical speed respectively,and research the unbalance response characteristics of the rotor system,a lumped mode were built for the three-disk of diameterequivalent rotor system based on the lumped parameter method. The modal and unbalance response characteristics of the rotor system are calculated and analyzed by Riccati transfer matrix method. Results show that: the critical speed of the rotor system with isotropic bearing support is similar to that with anisotropic bearing support; the critical speed increases obviously with the increase of the bearing stiffness on condition that it is in the elastic support range to the rotor system; As the ambient temperature increase,the physical properties of the rotor material change. That contributes to the reduction of the critical speed especially for high-order critical speed. The critical speed and the corresponding vibration mode of the rotor system can be obtained through sweeping from low to high rotation rate under the condition of loading unbalanced excitation; The obvious different modal of the rotor is induced to different position's excitation.
