摘要
本文结合牵引电机中的典型定子结构,运用仿真软件对电机定子中关键螺栓进行静力学分析和模态分析,发现机座与铁芯之间过盈量、螺栓倾斜对螺栓受力的影响均很小;并进行了不同工况下定子铁芯的模态试验测试,验证了仿真模型的准确性,还得到铁芯垂直度对其动力学特性的影响较大。为结构系统的振动特性分析、振动故障诊断和预测,以及结构动态特性的优化设计提供依据。
In this paper,combined with typical stator structures in traction motors.Using simulation software to conduct static analysis and modal analysis on the key bolts in the motor stator,it was found that the interference between the base and the iron core,as well as the influence of bolt inclination on bolt force,are very small.And modal tests were conducted on the stator core under different operating conditions.It is verified the accuracy of the simulation model.It is also found that the verticality of the iron core has a significant impact on its dynamic characteristics.Provide a basis for analyzing the vibration characteristics of structural systems,diagnosing and predicting vibration faults,and optimizing the design of structural dynamic characteristics.
