摘要
结肠胶囊内镜(colon capsule endoscopy,CCE)是一项新型研发的结肠检查技术,目前研究证实其是安全有效的,是结肠疾病筛查的重要手段。在第一代结肠胶囊内镜的基础上,第二代结肠胶囊内镜拥有更广视野、自动调频等优势。结肠胶囊内镜是常规结肠镜检查的一个重要补充,在探查结肠息肉与结肠癌、检测炎症性肠病方面敏感度和特异度高,传统结肠镜检查不完全和传统结肠镜检查高危的患者,均可选择CCE检查。多项研究发现,胶囊内镜对结肠病灶诊断的敏感度与肠道准备洁净程度密切相关,多个临床中心为优化胃肠道准备方案进行了初步探索。然而,CCE在国内的应用尚在起步阶段,尚需开展更多的临床研究,证实其应用的有效性和安全性。
Colon capsule endoscopy（CCE） is a promising novel modality to observe the whole colon.Many studies confirmed that it is a safe and effective procedure for colon diseases screening. Based on the techniques of the first-generation colon capsule, the second- generation colon capsule （CCE-2） was recentlydeveloped that has an wider angle of view and an adjustable frame mode. Colon capsule endoscopy is an important supplement to conventional colonoscopy with high sensitivity and specificity in exploring colonic polyps, colon cancer andmonitoring inflammatory bowel disease. Subjects withincomplete examination or high risks for conventional colonoscopy, colon capsule endoscopy is a good alternative.Adequate bowel preparation is crucial to achieve successful CCE with accurate diagnosis.Several clinical centers have done a lot of studies to optimize the preparation of the gastrointestinal tract. However, the application of CCE in China is still in its infanc）5 and more clinical studies are needed to confirm the effectiveness and safety of its application.
