摘要
雷公藤具有显著的抗肿瘤、抗炎以及免疫抑制等药理作用,其主要活性成分为雷公藤多苷。近年来,雷公藤多苷被广泛应用于糖尿病肾病、慢性肾小球肾炎等肾脏疾病的治疗,并取得了较好的疗效。综合、分析并归纳雷公藤多苷近年来治疗肾脏疾病的临床应用新进展,为进一步研究提供参考。
Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook F has pharmacological effects of significant anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory and immune suppression,etc. The main active ingredient is tripterygium glycosides. In recent years,Tripterygium glycosides are widely used in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,kidney disease and other chronic glomerulonephritis and have achieved good effect. This paper reviews the progress of tripterygium glycosides in clinical application recently in order to provide a reference for further study.
