摘要
目的探讨观察雷公藤多甙片联合血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)/血管紧张素受体阻断剂(ARB)+黄葵、双嘧达莫治疗系膜增生性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法选择109例系膜增生性肾小球肾炎患者,分为对照组及观察组,对照组患者进行联合ACEI/ARB+黄葵、双嘧达莫西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上使用雷公藤多甙片治疗,并就两组患者肾功能指标(尿足细胞标记蛋白PCX、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌肝及尿素氮)改善情况进行比较观察治疗效果。结果观察组患者肾功能指标改善情况均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系膜增生性肾小球肾炎患者在低盐、低蛋白饮食及常规治疗的基础上联用雷公藤多甙片治疗,能快速改善患者肾功能,有助于患者预后,且安全有效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets combined with ACEI/ARB,abelmosk capsule,Dipyridamole Tablets in the treatment mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis(MsPGN).Methods 109 cases were selected as the subjects and divided into the study group and the control group,Both groups were treated by ACEI/ARB,abelmosk capsule,Dipyridamole Tablets,and the study group were additionally treated by Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets.And the clinical effect and levels of biochemical indicators(24 hurinary protein,urinary PCX,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen)of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results The levels of biochemical indicators were much better in the study group than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with MsPGN,Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets combined with Low salt,low protein diet and conventional therapy has significant clinical effect,which can quickly improve the renal function of patients,contribute to the prognosis of patients,is safe and effective.
