摘要
苯并咪唑结构为药物研发中的优势骨架,含这类骨架的化合物具有广泛的生物活性,在抗肿瘤药物的研究中这类骨架也较为常见,本文综述了含苯并咪唑结构的抗肿瘤化合物的最新研究进展。
Benzimidazole is a kind of preferred scarffold in drug discovery and development, Compounds containing benzimidazole structure have a wide range of biological activity, which is also common in the research of anti-tumor drugs. Here we gave an introduction for the latest progress of antitumor compounds with benzimidazole structure.
