摘要
津承铁路地处华北东北部天津和河北省境内,是京津冀城际铁路规划重要骨干线路,是京沪、京哈-京港澳通道等高速铁路通道联络线,是开发沿线旅游资源、促进京津冀一体化的重要铁路。线路走向既要体现京津冀铁路网规划要求的城际功能,又要满足国家高速铁路通道联络线短直快捷功能,同时尽可能覆盖经济据点,少占压矿产,绕避环境敏感点,在宝坻至承德段受这些因素的影响最大。文章通过细致的研究,进行多方案技术经济比选,确定铁路线路走向方案。
Tianjin-Chengde Railway, which is located within Tianjin and Hebei province in northeast of North China, is an important backbone line of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration intercity railway planning, and also is the contact line among Beijing-Shanghai, Beijing-Harbin, Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao and other high-speed railway channels. It is an important railway to develop border tourism resources and promote the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province. The running direction of the railway line is not only to reflect the inter-city functions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei railway network planning requirements, but also to meet the short, straight and fast functions of national high-speed railway channel line, while covering the economic base as much as possible, also with minimal possession of the mineral and avoiding the environmental sensitive points. These factors are the most influential in Baodi to Chengde section. Based on the detailed study, this article carried out multi-program technical and economic comparison, and determined the running direction of the railway line.
