摘要
铁路选线是铁路设计中最根本、最重要的工作,是影响全局性的总体设计,选线质量的高低对项目的工程量、投资、建设难度甚至运营维护都将产生直接影响.影响铁路线路方案的因素众多,包括政治、经济、国防、地方规划、环境敏感点、地形条件、重大不良地质、水文等.新建湛江东海岛铁路位于广东省湛江市境内,地跨遂溪县和湛江麻章、东海岛两区.本文简述东海岛铁路的选线依据以及选线内容,在选线过程中,结合本线所处地理位置特点及工程地质条件,以“规划选线、地质选线、环保选线、安全选线等”为原则进行了综合选线,多方比选,综合考虑后确定了线路走向、接轨方案以及主要技术标准.并初步得到了选线的基本原则和需要注意的问题.
As the essential and critical work in railway design,the route selection plays the role of overall design infuencing the whole situation.The quality of route selection will directly impact on the project quantity,investment,difcully of the construction and even the ltter operation and maintenance.Actually,there are a large amount of factors infuential to the route selection scheme,including politics,economy,national defense,local planning,environmentally sensitive points,geographic conditions,substantial adverse geology and hydrology.Located in Zhanjiang,Guangdong,the newly-built Zhanjiang Donghaidao Railway covers the area of Suixi County and two districts of Mazhang and Donghaidao in Zhanjang.The paper made a brief description of the reference and content of the final decision on the route selection of the newly-built Zhanjiang Donghaidao Railway.Based on the location of the routes and the geologic condition of the project,the paper strictly abided by the principles of“seleting the route with planning,geologic condition,environmental awareness,safety,elc.”and worked out its final plan with mulifaceted comparison in an integrated way.As a result,it specified the route direction,railway connection schemes and primary technical standard on the basis of comprehensive consideration.In adition,the author initially put forward the basic principle of selecting routes properly and problems that deserved necessary attention.
