慢性牙周炎中龈沟液的S100A12和MMP-8浓度变化及两者关系探究 被引量:17

摘要 目的初步探讨钙结合蛋白S100A12(S100A12)作为评价牙周疾病生化指标的可行性及与基质金属蛋白酶-8(MMP-8)的关系。方法实验分健康对照组、轻度、中度、重度慢性牙周炎组,收集各组患者各位点龈沟液样本。通过ELISA法检测收集的龈沟液中S100A12和MMP-8的浓度,比较不同程度慢性牙周炎中S100A12和MMP-8的浓度情况以及两者的关系。结果 4组样本中除了健康对照组与轻度慢性牙周炎组比较得出MMP-8及S100A12的浓度差异无统计学意义外,其余各组两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两个指标和牙周临床指标如GI、PD和AL比较均呈正相关性(P<0.001)。结论 S100A12能作为诊断牙周炎症程度的辅助性生化指标,并且与MMP-8的水平和各临床指标有一定的相关性。 Objective To study the feasibility of S100A12 which act as a biochemical indicator of evaluating perio- dontal disease and the relationship with MMP-8. Methods Experiment was divided into healthy control group, mild chronic periodontitis group, moderate chronic periodontitis group and severe chronic periodontitis group, and collect- ed GCF in each point of groups of patients. The concentration of S100A12 and MMP-8 in the gingival crevicular fluid was measured by ELISA, and the concentrations of S100A12 and MMP-8 in different chronic periodontitis were compared and analyzed. Results The concentration of MMPs and S100A12 had significantly differences (P 〈 0.05 ) except in healthy control group and mild chronic periodontitis group, and the two indicators were positive- ly correlated(r =0. 832 ,P 〈 0. 001 ). At the same time, the value of periodontal clinical indicators such as GI, PD and AL were positively correlated with S100A12 and MMP-8 levels as well(P 〈0. 001 ). Conclusion The results indicates that S100A12 can be used as the auxiliary biochemical diagnosis marker of periodontal disease, and have certain correlation with the level of MMP-8 and clinical indicators.
