摘要
目的：研究与分析中药配方颗粒在慢性非细菌性前列腺炎内外兼治中的应用效果。方法：慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者78例,按数字表法随机分为对照组38例与观察组40例。对照组患者采用前列康片进行治疗,观察组患者则采用中药配方颗粒进行治疗。对比分析两组患者治疗前后NIH-CPSI积分变化情况、前列腺液中白细胞计数（EPS-WBC）、最大尿流率及临床总有效率。结果：经过治疗后,所有患者均未见明显不良反应出现,观察组患者疼痛不适评分（4.72±2.74）分、尿路刺激征（2.94±1.08）分、生活质量（4.00±2.76）分、前列腺症状严重程度（9.35±5.67）分等评分、EPS-WBC（13.55±5.87）个/HP、最大尿流率（28.56±6.39）ml/s、临床总有效率（95.00%）等均明显优于对照组患者疼痛不适评分（6.99±3.98）分、尿路刺激征（3.97±1.95）分、生活质量（5.88±3.95）分、前列腺症状严重程度（13.28±6.88）分评分、EPS-WBC（16.59±7.32）个/HP、最大尿流率（24.13±5.17）ml/s、临床总有效率（78.95%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：慢性非细菌性前列腺炎经中药配方颗粒进行治疗后,患者前列腺不适症状、排尿困难情况及疼痛等均有显著改善,生活质量明显提升,临床应用效果较优。
Objective： To study and analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing granules in the treatment of the patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis. Methods： 78 cases of chronic abacterial prostatitis were randomly selected and randomly divided into the control group（ 38 cases） and the observation group（ 40 cases） according to the digital table. The patients in the control group were treated with Qianliekang Tablets while those in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine granules. The changes of NIH-CPSI scores,the white blood cell count（ EPS-WBC）,the maximum urinary flow rate and the total clinical efficiency of two groups were compared and analyzed before and after treatment. Results： After treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in all patients. The observation group＇s pain score（ 4. 72 ± 2. 74）,urinary tract irritation（ 2. 94 ± 1. 08）,quality of life（ 4. 00 ± 2. 76）,prostate symptom severity（ 9. 35 ± 5. 67）,EPS-WBC（ 13. 55 ± 5. 87）/HP,maximum urinary flow rate（ 28. 56 ± 6. 39） m L/s and the total clinical efficiency（ 95%） were significantly better than the control group＇s pain score（ 6. 99 ± 3. 98）,urinary tract irritation（ 3. 97 ± 1. 95）,quality of life（ 5. 88 ± 3. 95）,anterior column gland symptom severity（ 13. 28 ±6. 88） and EPS-WBC（ 16. 59 ± 7. 32）/HP,maximum urinary flow rate（ 24. 13 ± 5. 17） m L/s and the total clinical efficiency（ 78. 95%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： For chronic non bacterial prostatitis,Chinese medicine granule can relieve prostate discomfort and pain and improve dysuria symptoms significantly.The quality of life is improved significantly and the clinical effect is better.
