摘要
目的:探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)应用于口腔医学生临床实习考核中的效果。方法:选取我院口腔医学专业五、八年制实习生共90人,其中男67人,女23人,年龄21~23岁。于实习结束后对OSCE的6个站点进行考核,并对OSCE的满意度进行问卷调查。对考试成绩及问卷调查结果进行统计分析。结果:OSCE第1~6站点的平均分数分别为85±7、88±3、75±11、77±9、89±4、88±3,除第3站有7名学生(7.8%)不及格外,其他站点学生成绩均为及格以上,且良好及优秀率较高。问卷调查结果显示,有77名学生(85.6%)认为OSCE对今后的工作学习产生了积极影响,所有学生认为OSCE测试很有必要。结论:OSCE能够在临床实习考核中取得良好效果。
AIM: To apply Objective Structured Clinical Examination( OSCE) in clinical practice assessment of stomatological students in order to explore more objective and efficient assessment. METHODS: 90 undergraduate students from the Stomatological School of The Fourth Military Medical University were enrolled in this study.After the internship,the OSCE test was conducted and the students' satisfaction was investigated by questionnaire. The frequency and percentage of students' scores and questionnaires were statistically described. RESULTS: The average scores of the 6 sites were 85 ± 7,88 ± 3,75 ± 11,77 ± 9,89 ± 4 and 88 ± 3 respectively,and the overall performance was good; 85. 6% of the students had a positive evaluation of the OSCE test. CONCLUSION: OSCE can achieve good results in clinical practice assessment,and it is worth further promotion.
