摘要
针对TBM推进系统的机电液耦合特性,为了弥补传统建模方法在多能域建模问题中的诸多不便,采用键合图建模方法建立了TBM推进系统的数学模型,推导了系统的状态空间表达式,并搭建了系统的同步控制模型。利用MATLAB软件对推进系统的同步控制进行了仿真,通过与试验结果对比验证了数学模型的正确性和可行性。
Considering machinery-electric-hydraulic coupling characteristics,the mathematical model of a tunnel boring machine(TBM) thrusting system was established by bond graph,which overcomes the disadvantages of traditional modeling methods in multi-domain physical systems.The system state-space representation is deduced,while the synchronous control model of the system was established accordingly and simulated in MATLAB.Comparing the results of experiment and simulation,validity and feasibility of the mathematical model were approved.
