摘要
通过分析混凝土泵车摆动系统的工作原理,建立了该系统的数学模型和关键元件的AMESim仿真模型,在验证模型准确的基础上搭建摆动系统的AMESim仿真模型,结合实际工况设置系统模型中相关元件的关键参数并进行动态仿真,得到了摆缸位移、速度以及蓄能器出口流量等动态特性曲线,并通过实验进行验证,实验结果表明:摆缸能达到预期目标,S型分配阀能够快速换向是由于蓄能器以很大流量快速放油,而频繁的快速换向正是引起系统压力冲击和噪音的主要原因。
By analyzing the working principle of concrete pump swing system, the mathematical model of the system and the AMESim simulation model of the key element are established. The AMESim simulation model of swing system is based on the verified accurately model. Combined with the actual conditions, set up the key parameters of related components in the model for dynamic simulation, and obtained the dynamic characteristic curve of Cylinder displacement, velocity and accumulator flow rate, and verified by experiment. The experimental results show that the swing cylinders can reach anticipated goals, S- type distribution valve can quickly reversing due to the accumulator to large flow fast drain, and frequent quick reversing is the main cause of system pressure shock and noise.
