摘要 采用超临界水氧化法对模拟染料废水进行处理,以COD降解率和色度去除率为目标值,研究了温度、压力、反应停留时间和过氧系数等因素对活性艳红X-3B染料废水的影响。正交试验结果表明,染料废水处理的最佳工艺条件为:压力25 MPa,温度500℃,反应停留时间35 s,过氧系数1.2。在该工艺条件下,色度去除率为99.95%,COD降解率为98.28%。 Supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) is app tion rate of COD and color removal rate are evaluated ed to treat imitated dye wastewater. The degrada The effects of temperature, pressure, reaction re tention time and peroxide coefficient on the treatment of Reactive Brilliant Red X-3B wastewater by supercritical water oxidation are studied. The result of orthogonal trial shows that the optimum conditions for the reaction are determined as pressure 25 MPa, temperature 500 ~C, reaction retention time 35 s, peroxide coefficient 1.2. Under these conditions, the color removal rate is 99.95% and COD degradation rate is 98.28%.
