壳聚糖复合絮凝剂处理含油废水 被引量:8

摘要 壳聚糖复合絮凝剂处理含油废水,正交实验结果分析表明:pH值为7,PAM量为2mg/L,壳聚糖量为2mg/L时,对废水化学耗氧量(COD)去除率可达47.33%;pH值为7,PAM量为1mg/L,壳聚糖量为8mg/L时,对废水浊度处理得到较为满意的效果,浊度去除率可达91.73%。对浊度和COD去除率的影响因素主次顺序是:pH值>PAM投加量>搅拌时间>壳聚糖投加量。 Composite flocculant chitosan flocculation treatment of Oily wastewater by orthogonal experiment results show that: control the pit value of 7 or so, PAM dosage of 2 mg/L for ehitosan dosage 2 mg/L, stirring spead is 50 r/min.stirring time in 15 min, the COD of the wastewater to be more satisfied with the handling results. COD removal rate is 47.33%.control the pH value of 7 or so, PAM dosage was 1 mg/L for chits)san dosage 8 mg/L, stirring spead is 50r/min,stirring time in the 20min when the turbidity of the wastewater handling have been more satist;ed with the results. Turbidity removal rate is 91.73%. COD removal efficiency of turbidity and the impact of the order of primary and seeondary factors are: pH value〉 PAM dosage〉 stirring time〉 ehitosan dosage.
