2-正丙基-4-甲基苯并咪唑-6-羧酸的合成工艺改进

摘要 以2-正丙基-4,6-二甲基苯并咪唑为原料,一步氧化合成2-正丙基-4-甲基苯并咪唑-6-羧酸,对工艺条件进行了优化,收率89%,产品经红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱验证了结构。 2 npropyl4 methylbenzimidazole6 carboxylic acid was synthesized by one-step oxidation of2 npropyl4,6 dimethylbenzimidazole as raw material.The process conditions were optimized,and the yield was 89%.The structure of the product was confirmed by IR and 1 H NMR.
