摘要 对于露天煤矿配套的快速自动装车系统来说,由于存在煤质、装车作业工况等客观条件相对较差现实,因此在实现自动、精准装车方面难度较大。通过综合分析和论证,在配煤、装车所涉及的各个环节,可利用一些实时、高精度、抗煤尘干扰的检验检测设备及其配套的技术,进行整个系统自动化程度的提升,进而实现各仓储产品热值与料位关系之间标记的精细,指导自动配煤闭环调节的精准,自动定位装车的精确,装车质量、效率及节能降耗管理的精益,最终达到高效的精美定量装车。 For the rapid automatic loading system of assorted open-pit coal mine,due to there exists rela?tively poor reality of coal quality,loading operation conditions and other objective conditions,it is more diffi?cult to achieve automatic and precise loading. Through comprehensive analysis and demonstration, we canuse some real-time,high-precision,anti-coal dust interference testing equipment and supporting technolo?gies in all aspects involved in coal blending and loading to enhance the automation degree of the entire sys?tem,so as to realize the fine marking between the heat value and the material level of each warehousingproduct and guide the precision of automatic closed loop adjustment of coal blending and the precision of au?tomatic positioning and loading,the quality of the loading,the efficiency and the lean of the energy savingand consumption reduction management,and finally achieve the high efficiency fine quantitative loading.
