防冻干粉智能自动撒播系统研究

摘要 基于陕煤曹家滩煤矿火车装车站防冻干粉使用过程中存在的问题,对现场防冻干粉撒播系统进行智能化改造。改造后的防冻干粉智能自动撒播系统能够准确实现不同车型和不同温度下车厢内播撒,实现车钩、停车、倒车停撒,防止车厢内播撒后重复播撒,从而降低了工人的劳动强度,防止干粉对员工的伤害,保证了车厢内干粉的播撒质量,杜绝了防冻干粉的浪费,具有重要的现实意义。 Based on the problems existing in the use of anti-freeze-dried powder in the train loading station of Caojitan Coal Mine,Shaanxi Coal Mine,the intelligent transformation of the on-site anti-freeze-dried powder spreading system was carried out.The reformed anti-freeze-dried powder intelligent automatic spreading system can accurately realize the sowing in the compartment under different vehicle types and temperatures,realize the coupler,parking,reverse parking,and prevent repeated sowing after sowing in the compartment,thus reducing the labor intensity of workers,preventing the harm of dry powder to employees,ensuring the sowing quality of dry powder in the compartment,and eliminating the waste of anti-freeze-dried powder,which has important practical significance.
