摘要
俄罗斯是中国"一带一路"战略中不可或缺的关键国家,也是中国农产品贸易的重要合作伙伴国。厘清中国与俄罗斯农产品贸易的竞争性和互补性,是进一步加强中俄农业合作的前提。研究结果表明:2006—2015年,中国与俄罗斯农产品贸易额总体上不断扩大,其中水产品、蔬菜、水果、棉花、饲料等贸易额较大;中国和俄罗斯农产品的RCA指数均全部小于1;2013—2014年,中国农产品出口相对俄罗斯农产品进口的TCI都大于1,俄罗斯的农产品出口相对中国农产品进口的TCI都小于1。
Russia is the indispensable and key member of the Belt and Road and the important agricultural products trade parmer of China. To sort out the competitiveness and complementarity of agricultural products trade between China and Russia is a prerequisite for strengthening the agricultural cooperation between China and Russia. The results showed that the trade values of agricultural products between China and Russia had been expanding from 2006 to 2015, thereinto, the trade value of aquatic products, vegetables, fruits, cotton and feed were large. The RCA indexes of agricultural products were all less than one in both China and Russia. In 2013 and 2014, the TCI of China＇s agricultural products export to Russia agricultural products import were greater than one, while the TCI of Russia agricultural products export to China＇s agricultural products import were less than one.
