摘要
目的:探讨静脉尿路造影技术与螺旋CT尿路造影应用于泌尿系梗阻性疾病临床诊断中的价值。方法:收治疑似为泌尿系梗阻性疾病的患者80例,均给予静脉尿路造影以及螺旋CT尿路造影诊断。将病理结果作为最终的标准,分析、对比上述两种诊断的有效性。结果:所选患者均顺利完成诊断,对比病理结果,螺旋CT诊断准确率100%;静脉尿路造影技术诊断准确率63.8%(P<0.05)。结论:在诊断泌尿系梗阻性疾病时采取螺旋CT尿路造影的效果优于静脉尿路造影。
Objective:To investigate the value of intravenous urography and spiral CT urography in the diagnosis of urinary tract obstructive diseases.Methods:80 patients with suspected urinary tract obstructive diseases were selected.They were were given intravenous urography and spiral CT urography.The pathological results were used as the final standard to analyze and compare the effectiveness of the two diagnoses methods.Results:Patients whom were selected with successfully completed the diagnosis.Compared with the pathological results,spiral CT diagnostic accuracy rate was 100%;intravenous urography diagnostic accuracy rate was 63.8%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spiral CT urography is superior to intravenous urography in the diagnosis of urinary obstructive diseases.
