摘要
泌尿系统疾病的种类较为繁多,并且具有表现复杂的特点,同时其临床可能不会出现明显的症状,常规采用超声(US)以及静脉尿路造影(IVU)进行诊断,均存在不同程度的局限性,使诊断的结果改变,从而耽误了患者的治疗时间。对于合并泌尿系统梗阻以及肾功能损害的先天性疾病,上述所采用的常规方法难以进行有效确诊,从而使患者不能及早接受治疗。目前,随着医疗技术的进步,多层螺旋CT成像(MSCTU)在泌尿系统疾病的诊断中得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文旨在探讨MSCTU在泌尿系统疾病中的应用,为临床诊断泌尿系统疾病提供重要的依据,确保患者得到及时治疗,提高其生活质量。
There are many kinds of diseases in the urinary system, and have the characteristics of complex manifestations. At the same time, the clinical symptoms may not appear in the clinic, and the routine use of ultrasonic(US) and intravenous urography(IVU) for diagnosis have different limitations, which make the diagnosis result change and delay the time of treatment. For congenital diseases associated with urinary tract obstruction and impairment of renal function,the conventional methods mentioned above are difficult to make an effective diagnosis, so that patients can not be treated early. At present, with the progress of medical technology, multi-slice spiral CT urography(MSCTU) has been more and more widely used in the diagnosis of urinary system diseases. Therefore, this study explores the application of MSCTU in urinary system diseases to provide an important basis for the clinical diagnosis of urinary system diseases, to ensure the treatment of patients and to improve the quality of life.
