摘要
目前国内施工现场使用的无损检测设备基本理论均是以声频应力波法为基础,该方法比较成熟。根据多年积累的现场工程数据分析,总结给出锚杆锚固质量分析的几种方法,介绍了其基本原理,结合现场实际案例波形,使现场的检测人员能够更快速和准确的分析波形,锚杆锚固的施工质量能够更清晰地呈现出来。同时提出以Hilbert变换瞬时相位为基础的瞬时频率在波形分析的应用方法,该方法在实际应用中得到了一定的验证和肯定。该方法可为判定锚杆锚固的长度和饱满度2个指标提供指导。
Based on the basic theory of nondestructive testing equipment used in the construction field in China,this method was based on the sonic stress wave method,and this method was relatively mature.According to the analysis of site engineering data accumulated over the years,summarizes the analysis methods of anchorage quality are given,to introduce its basic principle,combining with the actual case of waveform,the detection personnel on-site can be more rapid and accurate analysis of the waveform,the construction quality of anchor can be more clearly.At the same time,the application of instantaneous frequency based on the instantaneous phase of Hilbert transform in waveform analysis was proposed.This method has been verified and affirmed in practical applications.In order to judge the length and plumpness of anchor bolt,two indexes were provided.
