摘要
支护设计是巷道支护中的一项关键技术,在保证巷道安全方面起到了十分重要的意义。若支护形式和参数选择不合理,不但会造成材料浪费、增加成本,同时不能保障巷道安全。不同的地质条件采用的支护材料和形式有所不同。石圪台煤矿结合现场采掘条件及经验总结,通过合理选择支护材料和设计参数,优化顶帮支护,在满足支护强度的情况下,提高了掘进速度。就切眼而言,支护量减少29%,单进水平提高了30%。
Support design is a key technology in tunnel support,which plays a very important role in ensuring tunnel safety.Different geological conditions require different support forms and materials.If the support form and parameters are not reasonable,it will not only cause material waste and increase support cost,but also cannot guarantee the safety of the roadway.According to the site mining conditions and production experience of Shigetai Coal Mine,through the reasonable selection of support materials and parameters,and the optimization of support technology,the support strength requirements were met and the driving speed was increased.Taking the open-off cut as an example,the workload of support was reduced by 29%,and the level of tunneling was increased by 30%.
