高效液相色谱法检测化妆品中没食子酸、芍药苷和丹皮酚 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立高效液相色谱法检测化妆品中没食子酸、芍药苷和丹皮酚的方法。方法样品经过磷酸甲醇溶液超声提取,以甲醇-磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱和C18反相色谱柱分离,DAD检测器检测计算3种中药成分含量。结果没食子酸在0.8~16μg·mL^(-1),芍药苷在0.5~10μg·mL^(-1)及丹皮酚在0.2~4μg·mL^(-1)范围内浓度和273和230nm紫外光吸收强度呈良好线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,3种成分方法检出下限分别为和4、2.5和1ng,方法回收率93.1%~106.6%,RSD为0.5%~4.8%。结论该方法适于快速、高效、准确对化妆品中没食子酸、芍药苷和丹皮酚进行测定。 OBJECTIVE A method for determination the contents of gallic acid (GA), paeoniflorin (PF) and paeonol (PAE) in cosmetics by HPLC was developed. METHODS The samples were extracted with H3 PO4 metha- nol solution by uhroasonic ,and separated with methanol-H3PO4buffer solution by gradient elution using Cls RP col- umn,and then inspected by the DAD detector. RESULTS The linear relationship of the concentrations of GA, PF and PAE and the intensity of UV absorptions at 230 and 273nm was good at range of 0. 8 - 16μg·mL-1 ,0. 5 - 101μg·mL-1 and 1 - 20 μg·mL-1, and the squared correlation coefficient ( R2 ) was great than 0. 999. The LODs of these 3 substances were 4,2.5 and 1 ng, and the recovery rates ranged in 93.1% - 106. 6%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was between 0. 5 % - 4. 8%. CONCLUSION The method is fast, efficient, accurate, and suitable for deter- mination the contents of GA, PF and PAE in cosmetics.
