摘要
在前人陶粒泡沫混凝土研究的基础上,运用正交设计的试验方法,以陶粒、粉煤灰、发泡剂为三因素,每个因素设置四个水平,共设计了16组配合比方案,进行抗压、称重、导热等试验,得到陶粒泡沫混凝土的强度、表观密度、导热系数等物理力学参数,并寻找出了最优配合比,此时陶粒掺量为50%,发泡剂掺量为3%,粉煤灰掺量为15%。
Based on the previous research of ceramic foam concrete, the test method of orthogonal design, with ceramsite, fly ash and foaming agent as the three factors,each factor set four levels,designed 16 sets of proportioning scheme,the process of compressive strength, weighing, thermal conductivity test, obtained mechanical strength the physical concept of ceramic foam concrete about strength, density, thermal conductivity and other parameters, and find out the optimal mix ratio, the ceramic content is 50%, the foaming agent content is 3%,the amount of fly ash is 15%.
