摘要
以普通硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰为主要原料,采用化学发泡制备了普通硅酸盐水泥超轻泡沫混凝土;研究了粉煤灰掺量、水灰比、发泡剂用量等因素对体系绝热温升、孔结构和强度的影响。通过工艺参数优化,可以制备出粉煤灰掺量达到30%(质量百分数)、性能较好的泡沫混凝土制品。
Ultra-light foamed concrete with Portland cement and fly ash as cementations materials were prepared by chemical method. The influences of fly ash content, water-cement ration and foaming agent on adiabatic temperature rise, pore structure and compressive strength were studied.Through optimizing the process parameters,foamed concrete with 30%fly ash (mass percent )and good performance was obtained.
