摘要 为分析交变液压冲击机械的动态特性和冲击活塞回弹情况,建立了交变液压冲击系统的数学模型和AMESim数值模型,并根据冲击机械的结构参数和工作参数对数值模型参数进行了计算和设置。数值仿真结果表明:系统的供油参数和工作介质的刚度对冲击活塞的动态特性有较大影响;冲击活塞的回弹会导致其冲击频率升高、单次冲击能降低,对其总位移影响不明显。基于AMESim的数值仿真结果与数学模型计算结果在数值和变化趋势上趋于一致,充分地证明了建模的正确性。该模型可为此类交变液压冲击系统快速设计和性能分析提供理论依据和实际参考。 In order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the alternating hydraulic impact machine and the re- bound of the impact piston, the mathematical model and the AMESim numerical model of the alternating hydraulic shock system are established. And the numerical model parameters are calculated and set according to the structural parameters and working parameters of the impact machinery. The numerical simulation results show that the oil supply parameters and the stiffness of the working medium have a great influence on the dynamic characteristics of the impact piston. The rebound of the impact piston will increase its impact frequency, reduce the single impact energy. The value and trend of AMESim numerical simulation and mathematical model are consistent, which fully prove the correctness of modeling. The model can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the rapid design and performance analysis of such alternating hydraulic shock system.
