Modelling and Simulation of Pneumatic-hydraulic United Impactor Considering Orifice Areas

摘要 分析了气液联合式冲击器的工作原理,提出了一种基于阀口过流面积的建模方法,建立了相关数学模型。通过MATLAB计算配流阀与反馈孔随位移而变化的过流面积,将其导入AMESim仿真平台中,耦合蓄能器,得到了不同输入参数下的动态曲线。通过实验测试,将其与仿真结果进行对比分析,证明了该方法的可行性。 Based on the operational principle analysis ot pneumanc—hydraulic umted lmpactor, a modeling way based on orifice areas of valve was advanced, and related mathematical model was crea ted. The orifice area of distributing valve and feedback orifice were computed by MATLAB, which was changing with displacement. The results were introduced into AMEsim, coupled accumulator, then a dynamic curve based on different input parameters was concluded. Attested by the experiments and compared with simulation results, feasibility of this way was indicated.
