摘要
PPP模式应用于县域基础设施建设可有效缓解县域政府财力不足、促进县域社会资本壮大、推动县域经济社会发展。我国PPP模式发展仍处起步阶段,配套法律制度、运行机制尚不健全,县域基础设施建设PPP模式应用理论研究欠缺。结合现有研究文献,运用CiteSpace.V可视化分析软件绘制基础设施建设PPP模式应用的主要研究者图谱、研究机构图谱及演变趋势图谱,归纳该领域热点关键词列表,梳理县域基础设施建设PPP模式发展情况及研究现状,期以不断提升县域基础设施建设PPP模式应用理论研究水平和实践推广能力。
The application of PPP pattern to the construction of county infrastructure can effectively alleviate the shortage of county government financial resources, promote the expansion of county social capital, and promote the economic and social de- velopment in the county. The development of China~ PPP pattern is still in its infancy, supporting the legal system, op- erating mechanism is not perfect, the lack of research on the application of PPP pattern of county infrastructure construc- tion. Combined with the existing research literature, CiteSpace. V visual analysis software is used to draw the main re- searchers ~ maps of PPP application in infrastructure construction, to study the organization map and evolution trend map, summarize the hot key words list in this field, sort out the development of PPP pattern in county infrastructure situation and research status quo, in order to continuously improve the county level infrastructure construction PPP pattern theory of applied research and practical ability to promote.
