摘要
目的应用运动控制技术对提高脑卒中恢复期患者的运动、平衡及日常活动能力,观察其临床效果。方法将52例脑卒中恢复期患者随机分为2组,对照组26例,治疗组26例。对照组采用常规肌力训练,关节活动度训练及耐力训练;治疗组采用优化的运动控制强化训练方案,观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗后4周2组下肢运动积分、平衡积分、日常活动能力评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动控制训练对偏瘫肢体运动、平衡及日常活动能力的影响显著。
Objective To observe the effects of motor control training on the recovery of balance function and activities of daily living in hemiplegia patients. Methods Fifty-two hemiplegia patients were divided into motor control group (26 cases) and control group (26 cases) randomly. Control group received normal strength training of motion training and endurance training. The motor control group received the motor control intensive training program. Results The scores of balance function, lower limb motor function and activities of daily living in motor control group were significantly higher than those in control group after 4 weeks treatment(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The balance function and activities of daily living in hemiplegia patients can be improved by motor control training.
