摘要 在体能训练中应进行核心稳定性训练,良好的核心稳定性能够为上肢和下肢用力提供一个很好的基础。传统的抗阻力训练略作调整,强调核心稳定性训练,便可达到这一目的。这些调整包括在不稳定的平台上进行,站着进行练习,采用自由重量训练以及单侧肌群进行。核心稳定性训练设计方案应根据训练阶段和训练者的健康水平而选择不同的方案。进行核心稳定性训练可能利于提高运动成绩和预防运动损伤。 Fitness practitioners have increasingly recommended core stability exercises in sports conditioning programs. Greater core stability may benefit sports performance by providing a foundation for greater force production in the upper and lower extremities.
