摘要
目的:分析超声引导下穿刺抽吸肾囊肿的护理内容及其效果。方法:选取2015年8月~2016年9月某院进行超声引导下穿刺抽吸肾囊肿患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,其中观察组患者采用针对性护理,对照组患者采用常规护理。结果:观察组患者一次穿刺成功率明显高于对照组,术后并发症少于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,数据显示统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用优质针对性较强的临床护理方式对超声引导下穿刺抽吸肾囊肿患者进行护理,能够提高穿刺成功率,取得较好的护理满意度,减少并发症发生,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。
Objective：To analyze the nursing content and effect of ultrasound guided puncture and aspiration of renal cyst.Methods：68 patients treated with ultrasound guided puncture and aspiration of renal cyst in a hospital from August 2015 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with targeted nursing,and the control group was treated with routine nursing.Results：The success rate of one time puncture in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The postoperative complications were less than the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group. The data showed the statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The use of high quality targeted clinical nursing mode of ultrasound guided puncture and aspiration of renal cyst patients care can improve the success rate of puncture,get good nursing satisfaction,and reduce complications,with high safety, which is worthy of clinical ap plication and promotion.
